We are delighted to announce that we have partnered with Zimmer & Peacock to offer an one day, hands-on biosensor workshop in our facilities at BioCity Glasgow.
About the biosensor workshop
Dates and location of the biosensor workshop
The workshop will take place on the 28th of February 2023 at our facilities in BioCity Glasgow from 9.30 am to 4.00 pm.
Contents of the biosensor workshop
In this workshop, we will provide a technical introduction to electroanalytical techniques, such as voltammetry, amperometry and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, and their potential applications to biosensors from a unique commercial perspective.
Besides the technical aspects of electrochemical biosensors, we will also cover the regulatory pathwat for bringing medical diagnostics to market with an analysis of the cost of bringing an IVD to market supported by commercial case studies.
Finally, we will provide some hands on experimentation with different types of electrochemical techniques used in biosensors nowadays.
